Circle Properties If only a single circle is selected, type lat. long, DMS, or UTM coordinates, which actually moves the circle to the specified location. When more than one circle is selected, only the radius (in miles or kilometers) and whether to display the center point of a circle can be specified.
Label Properties Select whether to display the line on the map and type a value to display for the line. This value can be a text or numeric value.
Text Style Select the font properties including whether the text is a Fixed size or scales along with the map scale. By default, the text box is anchored to the first point you click. In a case where the text box is a Fixed size, the text box will obscure portions of the map along the unanchored edges of the text box as you zoom. Click to change the opacity of the font. This setting affects both typed text as well as any posted text such as coordinates.
Fill Style Select the color and fill pattern for all closed annotation shapes, which includes circles, text boxes, and polygons.
Line Style Select the color, thickness, and style for a line. Using the Color drop-down list, click Palette to select a color chip, or click Named to select a custom color. Click to change the opacity of the color. The color affects both the line as well as the Arrow Style, selected below.
Arrow Style Select the arrow head style and size for the start and end of a line annotation.
Point Style Select the symbol, color, size, and whether UTM, Lat. Long, or any coordinates are posted alongside the point symbol. Click to change the opacity of the symbol. The Point Style affects both points as well as the center point of circles, when display is enabled using the Circle Properties pane above.
Image Properties: Path The location of the image file on disk. Click Select to replace the existing image with a different image.
Image Properties: Anchor Select the anchor point.
Image Properties: Fixed | Scalable Select whether the image scales or remains a fixed size as you zoom the map.
